About the role
We are now looking for an engaged customer service representative who wants to make a difference in the customer meeting. In this role, you will become a key person in our customer service function where you will have the opportunity to truly influence and develop how we meet our customers.
For us, customer service is about much more than just answering questions – it is about listening, understanding the customer's situation, and finding the best solutions together.
Your responsibilities
- Handle customer cases related to payments and payment flows through various channels – phone, email, and chat
- Work with both incoming and outgoing customer contacts
- Ensure that all cases are handled efficiently, correctly, and with high professionalism
- Analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Actively contribute to improving our working methods and raising the customer experience
We are looking for you who
- Are genuinely service-oriented and enjoy communicating with customers
- Have a solution-focused mindset and see challenges as opportunities
- Work in a structured manner, are meticulous, and take ownership of your tasks
- Thrives in a dynamic environment with varying tasks and a high pace
- Have excellent communication skills in Swedish, both orally and in writing
Previous experience from customer service is meritorious, but your attitude, engagement, and willingness to learn new things weigh just as heavily.
