Receptionist/Office Services The First Impression Company is recruiting, on behalf of a client in Visby, a receptionist who can work for 5 weeks during the summer and subsequently serve as backup when needed.

The Role As a receptionist, you are the face of the company and a central part of the overall experience – for both external visitors and employees. Your task is to create a joyful, pleasant, and welcoming environment where service and efficiency go hand in hand.

Typical responsibilities in the role:

• Receive and guide visitors and offer service upon arrival.
• Ensure that office and reception areas are always presentable.
• Support internal functions for meetings and events.
• Handle simple administration and supplier contacts.
• Be responsible for office supplies, recycling, and contact with suppliers, e.g., cleaning services.

Qualifications and Experience We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and has a good sense of service. You thrive in a dynamic environment and have the ability to handle many tasks in parallel while maintaining quality and precision.

• Experience from reception, office services, hotels, airports, restaurants, retail, or customer service.
• A positive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Good teamwork skills and willingness to support colleagues.
• A natural sense of hospitality and the ability to represent the company's values.

Employment You will be employed by The First Impression Company and hired out to our clients. In the first step, it is a specific client, but there may be multiple clients in the long term. The summer assignment is Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00, and covers weeks 28–32, with training one day during week 27. After the summer, needs may arise occasionally, and the client wishes to have the same trained person available to work occasionally. You may be studying or have other commitments in parallel during the autumn.
