We are now looking for a Staffing Assistant for a one-year parental leave vacancy. This is an opportunity for you who want to work in an important and varied role where you contribute to ensuring the organization has the right staffing based on current needs.

Your responsibilities

As a Staffing Assistant with us, you will have a central and varied role. You are responsible for handling substitute orders, matching the right person to the right assignment, and following up on our hourly substitutes. We work in the operational system Medvind, where you will have the opportunity to develop your digital skills and help streamline our processes.

In addition to daily work, it is important that you have the ability to identify needs for change and development within your area. You actively contribute to improving routines and working methods, thereby gaining the opportunity to influence how we develop the organization forward together.

Your work also includes quality follow-up and various administrative tasks that create structure and good service. With us, you meet a dynamic daily life where your efforts not only have direct significance for the operation here and now, but also for how we develop our working methods and strengthen the organization long-term.

Who are you?

You have a background in scheduling and staffing work, preferably with experience in matching the right competence to the right need. If you also have an administrative background and good computer skills, that is a good foundation to stand on. Formal competence in labor law and HR agreements, as well as experience working in Medvind, is meritorious.

To succeed in the role, you need to be responsible and proactive, with the ability to take ownership and drive the work forward. We are looking for you who want to contribute with engagement, structure, and a positive attitude in everyday life.

As a person, you are self-assured, flexible, and solution-focused. You see the big picture but can also analyze details and identify smart ways forward. Collaborating and communicating in a clear and professional manner comes naturally to you.
