Freelance Consultant Gotland
Interhome is growing and looking for a partner on Gotland.

Interhome is one of Europe's leading players in the rental of holiday homes and vacation apartments. On Gotland, you will be our closest contact with holiday home owners. Your task is to be the one who meets them and builds the relationship. It is you who makes the homeowners understand how easy and secure it is to rent out with the help of Interhome. You will also become part of the network that exists in several locations in both Sweden and Norway. Our Scandinavian office is located in Stockholm.

Interhome was founded over 60 years ago. Today, we are proud to offer nearly 55,000 vacation accommodations in over 20 countries – from small cottages on the Swedish west coast to large castles in France.

About the scope of the assignment:
In the role at Interhome, you are responsible for the expansion of the portfolio in your area. You maintain contact with existing owners and agents, ensuring homeowners' revenues through continuous optimization. You create accurate and attractive descriptions and images. You also work proactively to expand the portfolio by identifying potential accommodations and partners in the rental of vacation homes, and you negotiate rental terms with property owners. You also provide good advice to owners on matters concerning rental and acquisition. You ensure that contracts are finalized and that all information and details for the online publication of the properties are available. You also cooperate with back-office staff on all operational matters concerning your portfolio.

Desired skills and experience

• Business-like approach
• Experience from the real estate market and/or contracting of vacation homes is an advantage
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and plan your time
• Fluent English in speech and writing
• Additional European language is an advantage but not a requirement
• Driver's license (required)
