Female Personal Assistant Needed for Hourly Position on Söder

I am a 42-year-old man living centrally on Söder. I am currently looking for an additional personal assistant who can step in as needed, which means this is an hourly position.

I am primarily seeking a female assistant, and prior experience in care work is a big plus. At the same time, personal chemistry is equally important. The most important qualities for me are that you are confident, sensitive, and genuinely enjoy helping others.

Since communication is key, you need to speak and write Swedish fluently so that we can understand each other without misunderstandings.

GIL has coordinated personal assistance since 1989. For us, personal assistance is about creating the conditions for a person with a disability to live the life they choose to live. In many assignments, the person receiving assistance is their own employer, while in others, a deputy employer has been appointed. Assignments and roles vary depending on the operation and function.

GIL's office provides support in areas such as employer management, administration, finance, HR, and training. Together, we contribute to making everyday life work for both those receiving assistance and employees within the cooperative.
