About the position

Personal assistance is a support measure under the LSS Act (Act concerning Support and Service for Certain Functionally Impaired People). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the customer with everyday occurrences and basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the customer's self-determination and integrity, contributing to a smooth daily routine. Each assistance assignment is uniquely adapted to the customer's life, so tasks may vary depending on the workplace.

We are now looking for a personal assistant who wants to work for a young woman who enjoys being active, decorating, cooking, and baking. She lives in a bright and nice apartment with good space, which simplifies your work.

Who are you?

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is crucial that there is good personal chemistry between you and the customer.

Requirements for the position:

• willing to work for a woman in her 30s living in Tranås

• good knowledge of Swedish

• enjoys physical activity as she goes on daily long walks

Merits for the position:

• experience in similar work

• valid B-category driver's license

• shares the customer's interests

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, degree of employment, and salary

The current form of employment is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment degree of 75%.

Working hours vary on weekdays and weekends: 08:00-10:50, 13:45-17:00, 19:45-22:30. Since shifts are shared, we prefer if you live nearby.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, and other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.
