Do you have ideas for the future and are you driven by challenges? In Haninge, you will develop alongside supportive colleagues who want to make a difference today. Currently, one of the most ambitious change processes in our municipality's history is underway. We are building a new city, approximately 20 minutes from Söder. Join us on this journey.

Welcome to develop with us

Haga/Lyckebyskolan is a preschool to grade 9 school with approximately 830 students, located in the beautiful area of Vendelsö – a quiet neighborhood with easy access to both nature and the sea. Here, we work to create a safe, developmental, and inspiring learning environment where students and staff are given the opportunity to grow together.

We are looking for you who are passionate about working with children and want to contribute to creating a meaningful school and after-school program. If you are an engaged person who wants to develop in your professional role while contributing to the school's continued development, you may be the one we are looking for.

Your assignment

We are looking for a staff member for preschool to grade 3 (F–3) where you will work both during school hours and at the after-school center.

During school hours, you work within a collaborative assignment and become an important part of the students' learning and teaching. Together with mentors and other colleagues within the grade levels, you collaborate on the students' development and learning. Through close cooperation, experience sharing, and joint planning, you contribute to creating context and progression for the students during their school time.

During after-school hours, you work on developing the students' knowledge as well as their social skills and abilities based on the after-school center's mission according to the Swedish National Curriculum (Lgr22) and the students' interests and experiences.

Together with colleagues, you are involved in the development work of the activity, where planning, implementation, follow-up, evaluation, and documentation are a natural part of the work.

What we are looking for in you

You have a childcare education or other equivalent education, as well as experience working within primary school.

We are looking for you who are secure, stable, and goal-oriented, and who enjoy collaborating and developing together with colleagues.

You have a positive, listening, and solution-focused approach, as well as a great interest in working with children and contributing to their development.

We also see that you:

  • want to develop in your professional role and take responsibility for your assignment
  • have good leadership qualities
  • have the ability to create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues
  • work with an inclusive and professional approach

Welcome to submit your application!

In this recruitment process, we have already made our choices of advertising channels and cooperation partners. We kindly but firmly decline all forms of assistance with the recruitment from outside actors.

Haninge Municipality sees diversity as a strength and welcomes all applicants. Our competency-based recruitment methodology aims to focus on the individual's competence and thereby also counteract discrimination.
