Särnmark's headquarters are in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of the country.

We are now looking for personal assistants aged 25–50 for a woman living in Sollentuna. The job is suitable for you who are secure, calm, and have great patience and understanding for people with neuropsychiatric difficulties. You must be able to work during the day and sometimes on day/night shifts, in part-time to full-time positions.

Qualifications:

• Experience with neuropsychiatric diagnoses and conditions
• Experience with PANS/PANDAS and fluctuating symptoms
• Low-affective approach (calm and non-escalating interaction)

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks and understands fluent Swedish
• Is calm, clear, and pedagogical
• Can handle aggressive behavior without escalating situations
• Has the ability to divert attention and create security
• Can maintain a stable and secure approach even in difficult situations
• Is flexible, responsible, and empathetic

In the job, it is important to create calm and structure in everyday life. You need to be able to defuse situations in a pedagogical and respectful way without creating conflict or guilt.
