We are looking for temporary and summer substitutes in Ekerö Municipality

Carelli Assistans is currently seeking temporary staff and summer substitutes for several of our clients in Ekerö Municipality. Working hours vary, ranging from daytime shifts to 24-hour on-call duties with sleeping night shifts.

About the Role

The working hours are flexible and varied. For some assignments, you will drive the client's own car, so a valid B-driver's license is advantageous. As a temporary substitute, you are on standby when regular assistants are absent and must be able to step in with short notice, for example, in case of illness.

The role also involves caring for the client's home and household chores. Documentation is an important part of the job, so good proficiency in Swedish and experience using computers for daily reporting are required.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with strong social competence and a sense of responsibility. You are confident, calm, and attentive to the client's needs. Good physical fitness and a balanced lifestyle are advantageous. Since we select candidates based on the client's specific wishes and needs, your cover letter and experience are crucial for being invited to an interview.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, personality, and previous experience. References from previous employers are required, so please prepare your references in advance.
