The client you will be working for is named Janne, and he places great importance on personal suitability and that you get along well. Janne is highly involved in the recruitment of his staff and will have the final say in the employment.
Requirements and Merit-worthy Qualities
- You need to understand that the work is situation-adapted and that days can look different. It is important that you are responsive, careful, and have good planning skills. Rapid changes can occur, and you need to be able to adapt to the situation.
- You have good energy and good communication skills. It should feel fun to go to work, and your presence should contribute to making someone else's day better. Remember that you are working close to another human being – therefore, it is important that you get along. Janne wants to feel that the cooperation works well for both parties.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or within healthcare and social care is merit-worthy. The recruitment is happening quickly, and it is an advantage if you have an understanding of what the profession entails. Tasks such as toilet assistance, physical support, and help with dressing and undressing occur daily.
- You need to be healthy and have good physical fitness as the work can sometimes involve a high pace and physical transfers. Janne aims to exercise more and gladly uses his wellness allowance for walks and other activities.

About the Position
- Part-time: approx. 100 hours/month
- 11 work shifts per month (a position of approx. 60%)
