We are now looking for a Sales Administrator on assignment for our client.

About the role:

As a Sales Administrator in our delivery department, you are responsible for the administrative process after a sale has been made, until the car is delivered to the customer. This role is crucial for ensuring that the business flows smoothly and correctly both internally and for our customers! You will become part of a two-person team that makes up the delivery department within our sales organization. Together, you will work closely with the customer's salespeople in Östersund, Sundsvall, and Härnösand, as well as collaborate closely with the finance department located further down the corridor.

Your responsibilities:

• Invoice management
• Transaction control
• Review and completion of leasing and purchase agreements
• Registration of ownership transfer with the Swedish Transport Agency
• Administration of finance agreements
• Daily cash reporting
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and act as an internal link to finance
• External contact with Volkswagen Sweden, the Swedish Transport Agency, and customers

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working administratively and navigating multiple IT systems
• Has basic knowledge of accounting, VAT, invoicing, and contract law
• Post-secondary education in economics is a merit
• Work experience in accounting and invoicing is a merit

• Structured and has a good ability to prioritize during a workday with sometimes tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented and understands which details cannot be left to chance
• Solution-oriented – you identify and ensure problems are resolved, either independently or together with others
• Communicative – you are pedagogical and have a keen sense of collaboration with salespeople and colleagues

Other details about the employment:

Employment type: Fixed-term for 6 months, with a great opportunity for permanent employment after these months.

Start date: Immediately

Working hours: Full-time, weekdays 08:00-17:00
