Who are we?

Tintomara Preschool is located in the heart of Krokek and consists of six departments where we work in age-homogeneous groups.

We have a large yard with opportunities for motor challenges and areas to explore building and construction, painting, and nature-based experiments. Indoors, the premises offer thoughtful environments that support the curriculum's goals.

Working with us means focusing on relational learning; we believe that knowledge arises in the meeting with others.

We have an open and warm work climate and value each other's working environment and competence. We focus on language development, mathematics, and motor skills/health.

We are now looking for a substitute preschool teacher on a full-time basis during parental leave. The role involves participating in and driving the pedagogical work in the activity.

Your responsibilities

You are the driving force in the work team regarding the curriculum assignment. Together with the work team, you conduct teaching and education based on set goals and the needs of the children's group.

You create security and find it fun, inspiring, and developmental to see children grow and learn.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are trained as a preschool teacher and have experience working as a preschool teacher in a preschool setting.

As a person, you are cheerful and positive. You have good self-awareness and are flexible in your work, adapting to changes that may occur during the workday.

You have an easy time building relationships with both children, colleagues, and guardians.

As a person, you are also receptive and have a good ability to adapt your communication to the person you meet.

For this position, it is desirable that you have a B driver's license and access to a car. You also have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
