We are now looking for a Treatment Pedagogue/Social Pedagogue to join our team at Nytida Strandhagen in Sävsjö. We offer education and a developing job where you make a difference! The position is full-time, evenings only, with work every other weekend.
About Strandhagen
Nytida Strandhagen in Sävsjö is a small and personal treatment home for women aged 18 and up, most commonly between the ages of 18–30. The treatment home offers comprehensive women's treatment in the form of DBT therapy (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) is applied individually for those not participating in DBT treatment. Personality disorders and neuropsychiatric diagnoses such as ADHD, ADD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder are common.

Your Role

We actively work to change the view on mental disability by always starting from individual needs and wishes. As a treatment pedagogue and contact person, you play an important role in the daily work of supporting people toward a more independent life, with great respect for the individual's right to self-determination.
You will collaborate closely with other contact persons and treatment staff. Your duties also include documenting according to current legislation, administering medication by delegation, and participating in the organization's joint activities and tasks.
Your Experience and Knowledge
We are looking for someone who values and feels a strong commitment to making a difference for women with mental health issues.
You have a university degree with a focus on social work or at least a 2-year post-secondary education in social work.
Knowledge and experience in the following areas are meritorious: CBT, MI (Motivational Interviewing), DBT, low-affective approach, mental health, neuropsychiatric diagnoses.
Additionally, you have good computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Other Information
- Employment type: 100% permanent, 6-month probation period.
- Hours: Scheduled evening work.
- Salary: Individual salary setting.
- Start date: According to agreement. Application deadline: 2026-06-30.
- A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) will be requested before employment.
- The position may be filled during the period and before the final advertising date.
Requirements
A valid B-driver's license is required for the position.
