This is a role for you who want to work close to operations to develop and maintain low-code solutions in Microsoft 365. You will combine practical building in Power Platform and Copilot Studio with advisory, training, and long-term maintenance of solutions used in daily work. In this role, you work broadly within the Microsoft 365 platform and have the opportunity to develop both technical breadth and depth, in close collaboration with operations and colleagues.

About the IT Department

The IT Department has overall responsibility for the municipality's IT and works strategically, governing, and supporting. We are close to the municipality's operations and contribute to utilizing the opportunities of digitalization. We contribute with much more than technical solutions and serve as a natural part of the management support for the municipality's administrations and companies.

To meet future needs, we have created a new organization with four areas, where IT Workplace is one of them. The IT Workplace area includes five units: Servicedesk, Digital Units, Operation-Close IT Support, Backoffice, and Digital Workplace. Our joint mission is to deliver high-quality IT workplace and telephony services that make it easier for our employees to work efficiently and securely.

Description of Duties

You provide end-user support in operational applications within Microsoft 365 and contribute to ensuring users receive the right support in their daily work. In this role, you also plan and conduct educational initiatives within your focus area to strengthen the operations' ability to use services efficiently and effectively. A key part of the job is to support operations in the development of low-code solutions, flows, reports, and agents within Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.

You also support the maintenance of existing solutions and ensure they meet operational needs, are documented, and are maintainable in the long term, as well as used in a controlled, secure, and appropriate manner. The role also involves an advisory function towards operations and other administrations, where you guide in the choice of solution, such as standard application, low-code solution, or custom development, and help translate operational needs into suitable and sustainable low-code solutions. You also act as a technical receiver, technical support, and collaborator towards external consultants and other parts of the IT organization.

Qualifications

Relevant university education in IT, systems science, or equivalent, or alternatively other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent. We would like you to have practical experience supporting the development of low-code solutions within Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. You have a good understanding of the Microsoft 365 platform as well as platform design and maintenance within Power Platform. Furthermore, it is important that you have a good understanding of how Power Platform interacts with other applications and platforms in Microsoft's ecosystem.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience providing end-user support in operational applications within Microsoft 365.
• Experience conducting educational and guiding initiatives for users in Microsoft 365.
• Experience system maintaining operation-close solutions in Microsoft 365.
• Good understanding of Copilot Studio.
• Experience with Power Query and data consolidation in Power BI.
