Job Description

As we grow, we are looking for new team players. Our payroll department is expanding with exciting new assignments. Are you a payroll consultant with at least 1 year of experience in payroll administration? This might be the right job for you. The work will be highly varied; you will work independently with responsibility for payroll administration for a number of companies. The payroll process varies depending on the companies' and our clients' preferences. You will also perform reporting to the Swedish Tax Agency, work with pension solutions, various statistics, and annual routines such as holiday year changes. Some system maintenance may also be part of the work. Experience with the payroll system Agda Ps and experience working at an agency as a payroll consultant are meritorious.

You will be part of our payroll department, which currently consists of 6 people working full-time with payroll services. Help and support for your development are always available. The department solves problems together and helps each other to meet monthly deadlines. In many cases, we also act as the companies' own payroll department on the department, meaning HR and employment law issues may arise, so an interest in employment law is advantageous.

We would like you to have, in addition to an interest in working with payroll administration, very good communication skills, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to establish trusting relationships. Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is interested, curious, and preferably has a vocational education (KY) in payroll or equivalent. We welcome initiative and that you thrive working independently, but also that you are a team player and can prioritize and work in a structured manner. As a person, you are social and engaged, strive to give the customer the best experience, and welcome digital development. Meritorious

It is meritorious if you have experience from payroll administration, vocational education in payroll, have worked at an agency, and have experience with the payroll system Agda Ps.
