We are now looking for an attentive teacher for a part-time temporary position in grades 4-6 at Bruksskolan in Hälleforsnäs.

HERE ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of teacher for grades 4–6, you have an exciting mission to guide students through the important intermediate school years. You are responsible for planning and leading teaching that challenges and deepens students' knowledge in accordance with the Swedish National Curriculum (Lgr22). The focus here is on developing students' ability to think critically, analyze, and work independently, while keeping the joy of learning alive throughout the intermediate school years.

You lead classroom work with pedagogical finesse, balancing clear structure with great sensitivity to the group's dynamics. Through formative assessment and a reflective working approach, you follow up on each student's progress and adapt the teaching to create an stimulating environment where everyone can succeed. You actively work to strengthen students' study skills and self-confidence for future educational steps.

As part of the Bruksskolan staff, you are expected to take an active role in our joint development work. You collaborate closely with your colleagues in the work team to create a red thread in the students' school day and contribute your engagement to systematic quality work. You communicate professionally and trustworthily with guardians to jointly support the student's path toward their individual goals.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:

• You are a certified teacher for instruction in grades 4-6.
• You have very good communicative skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• You have good knowledge of the Swedish National Agency for Education's steering documents and the ability to plan and conduct clear, goal-oriented, and varied teaching.
• You have good digital competence and experience using digital tools in teaching.

Bruksskolan in Hälleforsnäs is a municipal primary school with operations from preschool class to grade 6. Safety, learning, and good relationships are in focus, and we work for an inclusive school environment where students get to develop both academically and socially. About the position:

• Scope: Permanent position, 50% employment rate.
• Start date: August 10, 2025.
