HR Partner at Folktandvården
Do you want to work in HR within an organization that truly makes a difference? We are now looking for an HR Partner who wants to strengthen Folktandvården as an employer and dental care provider by supporting managers and driving development in talent acquisition. Here, you will combine operational support with long-term strategic work and become part of a large HR organization within Region Jönköping County. The Role of HR Partner
As an HR Partner at Folktandvården, you provide support and guidance to several of the organization's managers. The main focus is on talent acquisition and recruitment, but you will also work with support regarding pay formation, work environment, labor law, and contractual issues. You guide our managers in various situations and add nuance to operational questions from an HR perspective.
In this role, you have overall developmental responsibility for the talent acquisition process. This means that within Folktandvården, you plan, implement, develop, and follow up on activities focused on attracting and recruiting future employees.
You will, among other things:
- Drive and participate in fairs, student activities, and other external initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational providers.
- Actively work to strengthen Folktandvården's attractiveness as an employer.
- Coordinate, streamline, and improve our recruitment processes.
- Develop common working methods and support clinics in their recruitment efforts.
- Contribute to dialogue, learning, and development to ensure high and consistent quality across the entire organization.

Within the area of talent acquisition, you will be part of the region's overarching network, where HR functions jointly develop strategies and concrete tools for, for example, competence planning, succession, and other key areas. In these networks, we also hold joint training sessions for managers. Here, you become part of a context characterized by competence, support, and community.
Your Future Workplace
Folktandvården is part of Region Jönköping County. Our important public health mission is to contribute to good oral health throughout life in the entire county. The operation includes 26 general dental clinics and specialist dental care at the Odontological Department with nine different specialist areas. In total, approximately 700 people work within Folktandvården. More about Folktandvården and the Odontological Department: Odontological Department, Region Jönköping County (https://rjl.se/oi/).
The position is located at the HR Unit, which belongs to Folktandvården's Management Support Staff. The Management Support Staff brings together all support functions within HR, finance, business development, communication & marketing, IT, and dental service. You will be based at the support staff but will also visit our clinics located throughout the county.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who want to contribute your HR competence and become part of our team! You have a university education in HR, and we would like you to have successful experience in guiding and coaching managers on various HR issues. You have a strong interest in working with talent acquisition, particularly in attracting and recruiting. Experience in coordinating and conducting recruitment and student activities is an advantage. A B-class driver's license is a requirement as the position involves travel within Jönköping County.
We are looking for someone who is structured, goal-oriented, and thrives in a supportive and advisory role. You must be able to independently take initiative and drive the work forward in collaboration and dialogue with managers and employees.
To succeed in the role, you need to have a confident and stable demeanor and the ability to make factual and reflective assessments. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have the ability to adapt your communication to the situation.
The role also requires that you can build and maintain relationships. You have strong collaboration skills and see the value in contributing without hierarchy in ways that support the organization's goals.
