Job Responsibilities

The role covers several parts of the competence supply area, such as attracting, recruiting, developing, retaining, transitioning, and concluding competence. An important part of the assignment is to strengthen the region's work with recruitment and selection through more systematic, quality-assured, and evidence-based approaches. This involves developing processes, methods, and support that help managers and HR make well-founded decisions and create an equal, professional, and accurate recruitment process.

The role requires broad HR experience, analytical ability, and a good understanding of the organization's needs, as well as in-depth competence in recruitment, selection, and method development. You need to be able to translate research, data, and proven experience into practical solutions that work in the daily lives of managers and HR.

The position of HR Strategist in Competence Supply means that you will, among other things:

  • develop strategies, processes, and tools to attract, recruit, develop competence, transition, and conclude
  • coordinate the region's work with competence supply plans and follow-up of goals and key figures
  • provide analyses, statistics, and decision support to HR leadership and regional leadership within the competence supply area
  • develop and quality-assure methods within recruitment and selection, focusing on structure, equality, legal security, and accuracy
  • contribute specialist knowledge about evidence-based selection methods, such as requirement profiling, structured interviews, tests, work samples, reference checks, and other assessment methods
  • develop support, guidelines, and tools that help managers and HR conduct recruitment in a professional and evidence-based manner
  • follow research, development, and trends in competence supply, recruitment, and selection, and translate relevant parts into the region's working methods
  • support managers and HR colleagues in implementing development initiatives where there is a need for in-depth competence

The work aims to ensure the right competence in the short and long term, as well as to create attractive, sustainable, and quality-assured working methods throughout the entire competence supply chain. An important part is to strengthen the region's ability to both attract and identify the right competence, but also to develop and retain the competence that the operations need over time.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

  • 120/180 higher education credits in HR, behavioral science, psychology, organization, working life, or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent
  • several years of relevant work experience in HR, competence supply, recruitment, and selection
  • Experience working with strategic competence supply in a complex organization
  • in-depth knowledge of recruitment and selection methods as well as research and evidence in the field
  • experience in developing, quality-assuring, or implementing processes, methods, or support within the HR area
  • experience in translating analysis, research, or method knowledge into practical solutions and operation-adapted working methods
  • experience in participating in or leading development, change, or digitalization work
