We are now looking for a secure and driven Safety Manager who wants to help create a safe, well-functioning, and professional work environment. About the role

In this role, you are responsible for the daily safety of the facility. You work closely with our Security Director and play a key part in all safety work. You lead and support safety personnel, plan staffing, and ensure that procedures are followed. You actively work with access control, visitor management, and incident reporting, and coordinate efforts in the event of incidents and deviations. You collaborate closely with the IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure the secure integration of physical security systems, access control infrastructure, and monitoring platforms. An important part of the assignment is to work proactively through risk assessments, security patrols, and the development of systematic work environment work. You are also involved in training staff in security, crisis management, and procedures, and cooperate with authorities, rescue services, and other external parties as needed. As the company grows, you will become the team leader for all safety personnel.

You are

We are looking for you who have experience from safety work, preferably in a leading role, and who have good knowledge of Swedish legislation regarding work environment and safety. You are communicative, confident in your leadership, and thrive in a collaborative environment where you get people on board. You have the ability to act calmly and structured even in pressured situations and are accustomed to working with documentation, reporting, and technical security systems.
