If so, you may be the person we are looking for to join our work team and community at Parkskolan, where we work with the student at the center. The work is characterized by security, knowledge development, recreation, and movement for all students, and you will become an important part of our operational development.
The school offers an exciting work environment with pleasant premises and a nice outdoor area in close proximity to Folkets Park. Parkskolan has approximately 150 students and two leisure time centers. The school aims to work on a rights-based basis and is part of the "Backa barnet" initiative. At Parkskolan, you have the opportunity to influence and develop in your professional role together with your colleagues. You work as a resource in the school, as well as part of the leisure time team, where collaboration with the school's two other teams (grades F-3 and 4-6) is of great importance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a leisure-time pedagogue, you create a safe social climate through trusting relationships and a meaningful leisure time that develops students' knowledge. You teach students to see things from different perspectives, show high expectations both socially and academically, and follow up on each individual's development. You build good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You also have responsibility for quality work related to leisure time activities and are therefore part of developing the leisure time center's operations as a whole.
The position includes resource support in the school. Qualifications or interest in sports instruction, recess activities, and work in the leisure time centers Bikupan and Sjöboden are meritorious.
QUALIFICATIONS
The position requires a teacher's license for leisure time centers/leisure-time pedagogue or equivalent pedagogical education.
In the position, you must be able to work independently but also have good cooperation skills. You must have the ability to meet students based on a positive view of the student.
Meritorious if you have qualifications or courses in sports and health.
Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer.
Working hours: Daytime.
