Are you studying law, communication or similar and want to gain experience from a socially important organization? We are now looking for a structured student for a merit-enhancing part-time position in meeting administration and board work at a trade union.

About the role

Here you will have a central role in the work regarding board and committee meetings where you are responsible for coordinating materials, ensuring that processes run smoothly and contributing to the development of efficient working methods. The role suits you who thrive in an administrative and coordinating function where attention to detail, structure and communication are in focus.

Responsibilities

As a student employee, you will work close to the operations and support administration related to board and committee work. You will become an important part of keeping the processes together before, during and after meetings.

  • Coordinate and administer materials for board and committee meetings
  • Ensure that materials are collected and sent out on time
  • Edit and quality-assure documents and presentations in Adobe
  • Contribute to the development of routines, structures and working methods
  • Support follow-up of decisions and administrative processes after meetings

We are looking for you who

  • Are studying law, communication or other relevant education
  • Have very good administrative skills and a structured way of working
  • Are confident in following up with others and driving processes forward
  • Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing
  • Have good system familiarity and ease in getting into new tools
  • Knowledge and understanding of legal terms used in the contexts

It is meritorious if you have

  • Understanding of association democracy or experience from student union, association or non-profit organization
  • Experience with CRM systems or administrative work in different system environments
