About the role
The Property Sector is one of five sectors within Technical Management in Östersund Municipality. The municipality has over 5,000 employees, all working to provide good public services to the residents of Östersund.
Technical Management delivers services within areas such as water, sewage, properties, waste management, streets, and parks. In total, approximately 650 people work here.
The Property Sector is responsible for the municipality's entire property portfolio of 500,000 sqm and has over 70 employees. The sector consists of a small core team and four units: Property Management, Property Operations 1, Property Operations 2, and Property Technology.
The temporary position is located in the Property Management unit. This unit handles administration regarding properties, premises, invoices for inspections, and penalty adjustments. Housing is also facilitated here on behalf of other departments.
The employment is a 100% temporary position located in Östersund. The temporary contract is for 6 months, with a start date to be agreed upon.
Your new job
As a temporary administrator within the Property Sector, you will be responsible for ongoing invoicing as well as administrative tasks such as mail handling. The role involves clear and defined tasks.
Common tasks
- Handle invoices (pre-accounting, delegation, internal and external handling, payments).
- Support with accounting entries.
- Responsible for mail handling (letters and email).
- Handle incoming cases.
- Administrative tasks.
Your qualifications
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Very good knowledge of the Office suite.
- Experience with administrative tasks similar to those described above.
- On-site work at the office in Östersund.
Merits
- Experience working in a politically governed organization.
- Experience with systems such as Proceedo, Momentum, or Visma.
- Experience in invoice management.
