About PRISMA Security

PRISMA Security is an authorized security company licensed by the Swedish Police Authority and the County Administrative Board, based in Stockholm.

Established in 2013, we have over the years specialized in crowd control, security, protection, and coordination roles in both small and large-scale contexts.

We are continuously looking for Close Protection Officers for year-round operations in Stockholm and across Sweden.

Your Role

As an employed Close Protection Officer at PRISMA Security, you are expected to use your skills and experience to resolve complex situations both independently and as part of a team.

You will work closely with other government agencies, which places high demands on you as an individual in many ways.

• You have good social skills and a willingness to help fellow human beings in need of support.
• We believe you are a service-oriented, calm, and organized person who can handle stress.
• You are independent but also work well in a team.
• Taking responsibility comes naturally to you – you are simply an honest, helpful, and attentive person who makes people around you feel safe.

What are the requirements for the position?

• You must have a high school education with passing grades in Swedish and English.
• For employment at PRISMA Security, you must be approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company.
• Valid and approved Close Protection training certification.

Salary

Salary and compensation according to collective agreement, plus allowances for travel, parking, group leader supplement, acting group leader, and individual requirements.
