Delta Consulting is now looking for a Rental Administrator for AMF Fastigheter, an opportunity for you who want to work broadly within commercial rental administration in one of Sweden's most reputable property companies. Here you will become part of a stable and competent team where you work closely with both finance, property management, and business operations in some of Stockholm's most well-known retail and office buildings. About the RoleAs a Rental Administrator, you will become part of the finance department responsible for rental administration within AMF Fastigheter's commercial property portfolio. The role is broad and varied with many contact points both internally and externally. You will work closely with property managers, lettings managers, controllers, and accountants, as well as have contact with tenants and their finance departments.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Rent invoicing
- Interpretation and quality assurance of commercial lease agreements
- Settlements and follow-up
- Property VAT
- Claims management and payments
- Monitoring and case handling
- Budget and forecast support related to rental income
- Collaboration with controllers and accounting
- Dialogue with tenants and internal contacts
- Handling questions regarding discounts, deferrals, and contract structures

We are looking for you who have experience in commercial rental administration and who thrive in a communicative and collaborative role with many contact points. You work in a structured and meticulous manner, have a good understanding of rental flows, and enjoy creating order and quality in your work. At the same time, you are flat-hierarchical, solution-oriented, and like to collaborate with others.

Requirements- At least 3 years of experience in rental administration
- Experience from commercial properties
- Experience with commercial lease agreements
- Basic knowledge of rental law and property VAT
- Experience with rental administrative systems
- Proficiency in interpreting lease agreements
- Good administrative and communication skills
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
- Experience with Vitec Hyra
- Experience from larger property companies
- Experience in retail and office sectors
- Understanding of balance sheets and income statements
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Interest in process improvement and digitalization
