We are seeking an individual with experience in night shifts who possesses a strong sense of responsibility and respect for others. It is also important that you are flexible, attentive, and understand that the work is based on the customer's needs. You should be structured, practical, and have the ability to communicate effectively in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Previous experience in personal assistance is not required, but experience in service-oriented roles is considered an asset. You will primarily act as the customer's arms and legs. The organizational routines are well-designed and functional, so we are looking for a practical person who accepts the customer's living conditions.

Mina Assistenter is looking for someone for a night shift position that rotates on a three-week cycle. Main tasks include turning, positioning assistance, and ventilator care. Working hours are 23:00–07:00 on weekdays, and 19:00–07:00 every third weekend.
