We are looking for an experienced personal assistant with a strong interest in working pedagogically. He is 26 years old and has autism and an intellectual disability. He needs assistants to support and help with daily tasks, communication, and to engage in activities in the best possible way. You need to be in good physical shape as he enjoys moving around and goes on several long walks a day.

Work days may include laughter and fun, but also times when your role is to prevent and manage frustrations and challenging situations. Therefore, it is important to always be attentive to the client's well-being and adaptable in different environments. Assisting with interpreting, explaining, and mediating the surroundings is of great importance. This position also involves supporting him with all daily chores.

You need to have the following qualities/interests:

• Be resourceful and creative
• Be able to remain calm in all situations
• Be able to write, understand, and speak fluent Swedish, as daily documentation is required

This position is a hourly-based employment, but there is also an opportunity to work after the summer. Working hours vary. Shifts are scheduled during the day, afternoon, evening, and weekends.
