We are now looking for another star to join our daughter's assistant team. We have a permanent position available for approximately 75% during weekdays, starting this summer. The position involves both daytime and evening shifts. (Daytime 07:15–14:30, evening 14:30–21:00). We also have a position available every other weekend (Saturday 08:00–17:00 or 13:00–21:00, Sunday 08:00–15:00 or 15:00–21:00). The weekend position is perfect for you who are studying or have another job during the week.

We are looking for a young woman with a lot of patience and who adapts easily. Our daughter shares her living arrangements between her mother and father, and you will work where she is located. We both live in a rural area, so you need to have a driver's license and be able to travel to the workplace, as there are no buses going there. We live between Västerås and Enköping, just before Ängsö. We are looking for someone who is engaged and confident in themselves.

Our daughter is a happy 15-year-old girl who appreciates the calmness at home as well as joining in on various activities. She laughs easily when she feels comfortable with her surroundings and especially with her assistants. Our daughter has cerebral palsy (CP), epilepsy, and a severe intellectual disability, and she needs help with everything in her daily life, for example during meals, exercise, personal hygiene, and during leisure interests such as horse riding, boating, etc. You need to be present with her at all times so that she can have a well-functioning life. She communicates through sounds and pictures.

Lifting heavy objects may be included, but we use assistive devices extensively.
