Are you a service-oriented and reliable person looking for a summer job in reception? Our client, a well-known financial company, is looking for someone who is available in July and wants to contribute to ensuring good service for the company's employees and visitors.

About the role

As a Facility Assistant with us, you will be the company's face in the reception. Your main tasks will be to welcome visitors, handle the switchboard, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and ensure that shared areas are in order. You will perform an important job during the summer, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.

This is a summer assignment covering the dates below. All shifts will be scheduled between 08:30 and 13:30.

The week before the start, you will have an approximately 1-hour kickoff/onboarding meeting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional service in the reception and handle the switchboard.
  • Welcome visitors and assist employees with questions.
  • Be responsible for incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Ensure that the kitchen, shared areas, and reception are clean and presentable.
  • Handle simple administrative tasks as needed.

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone with a high school education and experience in service or administrative tasks. You are computer literate and comfortable handling a switchboard.

Key qualities:

  • Service-oriented, structured, and able to work independently.
  • Reliable and responsible.
  • Have very good communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Are available on all the dates listed above.

Other details

  • Location: Stockholm City.
  • Other: Background checks will be conducted for this assignment.
  • Salary: 150 SEK/hour + 12.5% vacation pay.
