We are currently looking for a supervisor for the summer to support us in delivering the "Rusta och Matcha 2" service on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen) at our office in Nässjö.

Background

We would prefer that you have a strong local network with connections to both employers and civil society. However, great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, previous experience, and good references.

It is important that you meet the requirements set by the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen) for supervision/matching in the Rusta och Matcha 2 service:

Option 1:

Education: University education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the old system). The provider has the authority to determine the most suitable study focus to achieve the goal of the service.

Work experience: At least two (2) years of full-time work experience. Part-time work may also be approved if the total accumulated working time corresponds to full-time work over two (2) years.

Option 2:

Education: At least one (1) year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade.

Work experience: At least three (3) years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following professions or tasks: Work leadership with personnel responsibility, recruitment, transition work for job seekers, study and career guidance, processing of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration), work with working life and labor market issues, as well as work with social and group psychology, career guidance. Part-time work may also be approved if the accumulated working time corresponds to full-time work over three (3) years.
