I am a man in my 30s living in my own apartment and attending day activities a few days a week. I have ID (Intellectual Disability), autism, and a visual impairment. Music is my biggest interest, and I also love swimming.

Feeling safe is very important to me. I can sometimes feel anxious, and then I need someone who is calm, stable, and predictable. You who work with me will become one of my most important people – someone who helps me have meaningful days.

What you will do:

• Support me in communication and all daily situations
• Help with household chores
• Accompany me to activities
• Help me maintain structure and routines

We are looking for you who:

• Are a safe, calm, and stable person with good self-awareness
• Have experience working with individuals with Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NPF)
• Communicate easily and clearly in Swedish – both verbally and in writing
• Are punctual, organized, and solution-oriented
• Have good physical fitness and can handle physically varied work
• Can quickly adapt to different situations with a positive attitude
• Are non-smoking
