Country Manager Norway
Tryggsam is experiencing strong growth and is now taking the next step by establishing operations in Norway. We are therefore looking for a Country Manager Norway who wants to take full ownership of the launch and build a scalable, profitable, and long-term business in a completely new market.
About the Role
As Country Manager Norway, you will have overall responsibility for Tryggsam's establishment and growth in the Norwegian market. The role is clearly commercial and combines partnership building, business development, organizational building, and P&L responsibility. You will start by leading established external partnerships while simultaneously developing a plan for the local establishment of a sales office.
The role involves, among other things:
- Establishing and building up Tryggsam's operations in Norway
- Ensuring a steady inflow of high-quality leads through strategic partnerships, thereby contributing to a long-term lower CAC
- Further developing the partnership strategy in close collaboration with the CEO
- Building a scalable and profitable Norwegian business with full P&L responsibility
- Developing and managing a strong partner portfolio that enables cost-effective lead flows
- Adapting and further developing the offer, marketing materials, and communication for the Norwegian market
In your daily work, you drive the business through ongoing dialogue with new and existing partners, monitor key KPIs such as leads, CAC, conversion, churn, and revenue, and initiate improvement measures as needed. You set requirements and provide continuous feedback to the sales hub in Spain to ensure quality and conversion.
You report regularly on status, risks, insights, and recommendations. Monthly and quarterly reviews of budget and P&L take place, including forecasts and action plans. You also analyze partner performance and optimize or renegotiate agreements as needed, ensuring compliance by ensuring that processes and communication align with Norwegian regulations.
Reporting is done to the CEO of Sweden, and you will become part of the company's management team.
We are looking for someone with
- Experience in telemarketing (B2C) and subscription business
- An established network in Norway (e.g., insurance, energy, telecom, membership organizations)
- Experience in business development and P&L/profit responsibility
- Understanding of key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and churn
- Experience with compliance/law related to consumer protection and marketing
- Ability to act as a client manager towards an external sales team and drive quality/conversion improvements
- Norwegian as a native language, very good English, and understanding of Swedish
- Very good MS Office/Google Workspace skills

As a negotiator, you are skilled and can create win-win setups that strengthen collaborations while protecting Tryggsam's margins and interests. Finally, you have a clear drive for development – you want to grow in the leadership role, develop the business and the offer, and streamline processes to create a scalable and profitable operation.
About the Position
Location – Stockholm (Danvikscenter). We prefer that you are based here, but for the right person, another location in Sweden may also work, provided you have the opportunity to travel for work.
Scope – Full-time, permanent
Start – Desired in Q2 2026
