Do you want to work in a business-close role where structure, quality, and customer focus are crucial? As an employee in the Customer Service/Preparation team at HydraSpecma AB, you play a central role in the customer and order process, ensuring that products and business operations are handled correctly from quotation to delivery.
About the role
As a Customer Service/Preparation Specialist, you are responsible for creating and maintaining preparations and article structures in HydraSpecma AB's business system. The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external customers, as well as with production and quality assurance.
You handle quotation requests, calculate products for quotation work and upcoming manufacturing, register customer orders, and ensure correct information throughout the entire process. The role also includes participation in improvement work and support to other departments as needed.
Responsibilities
In this role, you are responsible for, among other things:
- Creating and maintaining preparations and article structures in the business system
- Handling quotation requests and product calculations
- Ongoing contact and dialogue with internal and external customers
- Handling change orders according to established routines
- Supporting the quality function in cases of deviations and replacement production
- Ensuring quality within HydraSpecma AB's product area
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have relevant education or equivalent work experience within customer service, preparation, or industrial operations. You have experience with order processes, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and familiarity with working in business systems.
You communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have good knowledge of English, especially in writing. Experience with the IFS business system is an advantage.
