Your future challenge

We are strengthening our Department of Reliability and Maintenance with an Engineer for Troubleshooting & Diagnostics. To facilitate the customer's troubleshooting of the vehicle system, you will work together with the design team to create diagnostic materials, alarms, and fault code texts, which are then implemented in the vehicle software.

In collaboration with the project directive, you will prepare required documentation from sub-suppliers based on customer requirements. You also support the quotation process with questions related to troubleshooting. This is a broad role with great daily variation, many contact surfaces, and internal collaborations.

About you

You are technically educated at the university level or have equivalent technical/system science education/experience. Your background may be from troubleshooting and diagnostics in the automotive industry, the Swedish Armed Forces, or other industrial sectors with a comprehensive maintenance mindset. Experience with electrical systems and software is meritorious.

As the role is largely theoretical, you must have the ability to translate technical specifications and system documentation into customer-understandable information. You work independently but also thrive as part of a team. In our international environment, good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.

Your personal skills are important for fitting into our group. You are driven, outgoing, and collaborative. With good communication skills and a positive, analytical, and structured approach to work, you will fit right in.
