In the regional grid in northern Sweden, there is a rapidly growing influx of projects, ranging from large solar and wind farms, industrial investments, data centers, to battery storage. At the same time, long-term planning for reinvestments in existing infrastructure is required to ensure capacity and operational security over time.
As a Grid Planner, you will become a central part of the work shaping the future regional grid in Norrland. You will work in a highly competent team where you independently drive your own projects, investigations, and simulations to ensure the grid's capacity and availability for new customer connections.

- Perform technical calculations and grid analyses to understand the impact on the electricity grid
- Develop technical solution proposals and reports in dialogue with internal functions such as operations, system planning, and power system analysis
- Work on reinvestment issues in the existing grid to ensure long-term capacity
- Participate in developing working methods and tools in an environment where improvement, automation, and new ideas are a natural part of everyday life
We are looking for you who

It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience with the simulation tool PSS/E
- Previous experience related to the construction of the regional grid, grid planning, fault isolation, or operational planning
- Knowledge in mathematics, statistics, or data analysis
- Knowledge of programming in Python
To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:
