Take charge in a business on a strong upward trajectory

Nordfarbo is in an expansive phase where demand for the company's products is increasing significantly. To meet this growth, we are now looking for a site manager who wants to take overall responsibility for daily operations while also helping to develop production for the future.

In this role, you are responsible for daily operations, production planning, and leading approximately 10 employees within the operation. You work closely with employees, team leaders, and other functions to ensure efficient flows, high quality, and delivery precision. The role is both operational and strategic – you are close to the production while driving structure, planning, and long-term improvements.

Your main areas of responsibility include among other things:

• Lead, distribute, and follow up on daily work in production.
• Responsible for production and resource planning.
• Ensure that production, quality, and deliveries meet set goals.
• Coach and develop employees and handle personnel-related issues.
• Drive improvement and development work for increased efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor quality, deviations, and production results.
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, sales, and other functions within the business.
• Participate in recruitment and competence development of staff.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• Experience from industrial production or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in team leadership, production management, or a similar leadership role.
• Good understanding of production planning and resource management.
• Experience in improvement work and business development.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
