Within our business area Compliance & Management, we support an efficient transition to digital, sustainable, and secure solutions through expert knowledge in areas such as quality, security, sustainability, and project governance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead investment projects, projects involving reconstruction or similar, or serve as project manager for a product development team
  • Be responsible for the project's budget, schedule, and quality
  • Manage project stakeholders and risks
  • Create engagement and clarity within the project group
  • Implement structured working methods, processes, and tools within the project
  • Monitor and communicate project status to both internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in project management and enjoy taking the leadership role in complex projects. You have a structured approach, are communicative, and thrive when collaborating across disciplines.

We want you to have:

  • An engineering degree or equivalent experience in technology or production
  • Experience working as a project manager for investment projects within manufacturing industry or experience in project management of product development work
  • Ability to combine technical understanding with business acumen
  • Confidence in your communication, both in Swedish and English
  • Experience with project methodologies such as Agile, XLPM, or PMP is an advantage

Some assignments may be subject to defense secrecy, which means that a security clearance may be required for these.

Practical Information This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period, located at our office at Magasinhallén 2, Örnsköldsvik. Travel to our customers may occur as part of the role. Start date is as soon as possible or according to agreement.
