Your future challenge

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that requirements and change management function efficiently throughout the entire project lifecycle. You ensure that requirement databases, change requests, and configuration management follow established processes and serve as support for the project organization.

You are responsible for handling requirement databases and change requests according to current instructions and routines, as well as training and supporting project members in tools and working methods.

In the organization, you play a key role in securing structured requirements and change management in our projects and coordinating work within the group.

Your main tasks:

• Responsible for the requirement database: templates, structure, links, verification information, and access rights.
• Ensure order and discipline in requirements and change management tools, and follow up on status, deviations, and compliance with instructions.
• Train project members and new colleagues in requirements management, change management, and the use of tools.
• The Team Leader role involves coordinating working methods, calling for joint meetings, and driving and maintaining instructions and training materials.
• Collaborate with other parts of the organization regarding interfaces and process compliance in the shared tools.

The person you are

We are looking for you who have experience in requirements management, database management, and preferably change management. You thrive in a role where structure, quality, and collaboration are in focus. You easily adapt to new tools, processes, and working methods and see the value of creating order and clarity in complex projects. You are preferably educated as a Civil Engineer or University College Engineer, or have equivalent knowledge from working life.

As a person, you are pedagogical, communicative, and have a natural ability to coordinate people and activities. You enjoy supporting and developing others, take initiative for improvements, and work proactively. You are analytical, meticulous, and have a solution-oriented approach that allows you to drive issues forward even when many stakeholders are involved.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. To succeed in the role, we believe you are responsible, unpretentious, and enjoy working in close collaboration with both colleagues and the project organization.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
