Your future challenge

Here, you will have the opportunity to work in a developmental role as a Subproject Manager within Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), focusing on technical publications and training. As a Subproject Manager, you will work together in project teams with competencies in areas such as training, information engineering, and ILS technicians. You will become part of an international and world-leading company and collaborate with suppliers, internal, and external customers.

Examples of typical tasks for a Subproject Manager ILS:

• Drive and coordinate work in close collaboration with the Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM), both internally and externally.
• Lead quotation work and prepare decision support materials within your area.
• Monitor, coordinate, and ensure quality of activities and deliveries within ILS in accordance with the contract.
• Plan and monitor the subsystem in economic tracking systems, in DevOps, and through visual planning.
• Monitor and ensure that development stays within budget and according to plan against previously established internal contracts.
• Collaborate with project managers and other subproject managers within the organization to account for dependencies between the development of the support system and the vehicle system.

Reporting is done directly to the Unit Manager ILS Subsystems Management (PIM) in the line and to the ILS Manager in projects.

The person you are

Your leadership qualities are important to us. You have the ability to create a good working climate in the group, you have good collaboration skills, and you can communicate with both employees and our customers in a clear, structured, and straightforward manner. We are looking for someone who is a leader today and who has a desire to continue developing. You have an academic education as a foundation or equivalent practical experience.

Military background or experience with our products, such as work within technical publications and training, is meritorious. Basic IT skills in the Office package are required, and experience working in business systems is a plus. We are part of a global concern with many foreign customers, so you need to have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
