Your Role

Leading engineers is one thing. Leading those who build the systems that protect our democracy and save lives is something entirely different. Here at Vetronics Variant Integration Dept., you lead teams working with some of the world's most advanced vehicle systems.

You operate in an environment where you are close to the engineers, design, integration, vehicles, and production. You are also close to the technical decisions that ultimately determine the outcome.

This is not a role far removed from the technology. You work right in the middle of development, close to the people, decisions, and reality. What You and the Team Do

You lead teams working with

• advanced mechanical design
• integration solutions
• development of future combat vehicles

The work includes

• mechanical design
• integration of vetronics hardware
• system integration
• requirements management
• testing and verification
• support for assembly

This also involves technical trade-offs and deliveries where time and quality are crucial.

We are looking for someone who has

• a Master of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• at least 8 years of experience in technical leadership
• experience in mechanics and/or system integration

Practical Information
