The role of Test and Verification Manager is varied and content-rich, where you, as part of the technical project management group, are responsible for Test and Verification in a project.

Your future challenge

As a Test and Verification Manager (TVM), you have overall responsibility for the planning and execution of testing and verification work in a project. The work as a TVM involves planning, leading, and monitoring tests in all phases, from bidding and early development projects, to delivery projects and aftermarket projects. You also act as the Test & Verification project representative, holding budget responsibility and overseeing planning, leadership, and collaboration with design units. You maintain extensive dialogue with the customer regarding verification in the current project.

The position involves both national and international travel.

About you

You are positive, solution-oriented, and thrive in collaboration with others, while being able to prioritize and make decisions. You have strong planning skills, are meticulous, forward-looking, and structured. You possess pedagogical skills and can present to and lead others. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required as a large part of our deliveries and customer contacts are conducted in English.
