We have many exciting projects underway and therefore need to strengthen our department with a Group Manager for Management Technical Publications.

Your future challenge

The unit currently has 70 employees, divided into two groups to ensure we can meet our project commitments in our customer countries in the long term.

The Technical Publications unit works on producing publications for our vehicles, such as operator and maintenance manuals.

In your role as Group Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, distributing, and following up on work in collaboration with the Line Manager for Technical Publications and the other Group Manager in the department.

You will have many internal and external contacts, which is why it is important that you understand our processes and interfaces. You have a desire to create good conditions for the unit to deliver according to set goals. We are constantly developing, so you need to embrace changes and improvements. Business travel is involved.

Your role will be 50% as a Group Manager with direct personnel responsibility for the part of the Management department consisting of, among others, project managers/publication owners, quality and system managers. The remaining 50% will consist of project and line-related tasks.

You will report directly to the Line Manager for Technical Publications and will be part of the IPS section's management group.

Your leadership skills are important to us. You have the ability to create a good working atmosphere within the team, and leading and developing your employees is a strength of yours. You have good collaboration skills and can communicate with both employees and our customers in a clear, structured, and straightforward manner.

We are looking for you who are a leader and have a desire to continue developing. You have an academic education as a foundation or equivalent practical experience. Experience with our products is an advantage. Basic IT skills in the Office package are required, and experience working in business systems is a plus. We are part of a global concern with many international customers, so you need to have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
