Our client is a growing installation company in Sundsvall that is currently in an expansion phase. With several long-term contracts and a stable organization, they are now looking for an Electrical Department Manager who wants to contribute to developing the business for the future.

This position is a direct hire, meaning the recruitment process is handled by Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by our client.

About the Role

As Electrical Department Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the electrical operations and become a key figure in the organization's continued development. The role involves broad responsibilities where you will work with business development, economics, personnel management, and project management.

You will lead and develop a group of experienced staff while ensuring that the business is run efficiently, profitably, and with high quality. You will have close contact with both customers and employees and become an important part of creating long-term relationships and new business opportunities.

This role suits you if you want to work strategically and operationally with leadership rather than practical installation work.

We Are Looking For

• Experience from the electrical industry, for example as a project manager, foreman, service manager, or department manager
• Good understanding of costing, budgeting, and financial follow-up
• Experience in leading employees and creating structure in operations
• Business-minded and comfortable with customer contacts and relationship building
• Good knowledge of contracting and service operations
• Valid Class B driver's license
