Your future challenge

As a Test Leader, you are there when things happen. You are responsible for the planning, execution, and reporting of results from individual tests, preferably at the vehicle level, within characteristics areas such as mobility, firepower, and survivability, but also in areas such as information technology, communications, and integrated logistics support (ILS). You lead assigned resources from other sections within Test & Verification. You are part of a team working on product development at the forefront of technology, for example, integrating complex systems such as missiles, drones, and active protection systems. The role involves close contact with our design units during test planning and evaluation, as well as occasional dialogue and collaboration with our end customer.

The role involves travel both nationally and internationally.

About you

We believe you have a post-secondary engineering education, preferably with experience from working on the development of complex products. You should appreciate a varied daily routine where you are responsible for a significant part of the planning of the test and verification activities in our development projects. For you, it is natural to have a positive and solution-oriented basic attitude. You are motivated by complex tasks where you get to use your analytical skills to create structure and implementation plans, as well as to evaluate the results from advanced testing. A large part of the work involves collaboration with others, so this must be something you appreciate and thrive in. Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing, is a requirement as a large part of our deliveries and customer contacts take place in English. You must have at least a Category B driver's license.

Experience as a leader is meritorious. Experience from the automotive industry, defense industry, or the Swedish Armed Forces, as well as testing operations, is also considered an advantage.
