At Knightec Group, we challenge ourselves by taking on larger roles in projects by working together in teams. Depending on your role, you can work in one of our in-house teams, in our open office landscape, or at one of our customers' sites. You will work within our business area Hardware & Design, where we combine broad engineering competence with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centered approach – to develop physical products and digital experiences all the way from concept to mass production.

Responsibilities You will meet people who care. Not just about the project and the technology, but also about each other. We do it together – that is how we move forward.

• Ownership of systems or subsystems and ensuring that set goals are met.
• Coordination between projects and different areas of expertise.
• Drive product development from concept to final delivery with a focus on innovation and quality.
• Act as a technical advisor to customers and ensure their needs are met.
• Continuously improve processes and methods for increased efficiency and quality in projects.

Qualifications You are a person who enjoys sharing your knowledge while independently driving your own work forward. In addition to your personal qualities, you need to have the following:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar fields.
• Experience working as a mechanical designer, within design and product development.
• Experience in validation and verification of technical systems and products.
• Good knowledge of CAD and PDM systems.
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Experience working in the military or heavy vehicle industry is an advantage.

Practical Information This is a permanent position with a six-month probation period, located at our office in Örnsköldsvik, Magasinsallén 2E. Travel to our customers may occur. Start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.
