You will work within our business area Hardware & Design, where we combine broad engineering competence with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centered approach – to develop physical products and digital experiences all the way from concept to mass production.

Responsibilities Together with your technical expertise and strong drive to help our customers develop, the best solutions are created that both you and our company can be proud of.

• Develop and lead a team of designers/engineers
• Conceptualization and new development of the product
• Strengthen and expand customer relationships through strategic business development
• Coordinate and ensure collaboration between projects and act as a link between different areas of expertise

Qualifications You thrive in a role where you both build and nurture relationships while driving the business forward. With experience in leading teams towards common goals, you are motivated by developing the business, collaboration, and the product. In addition to your personal qualities, we want you to have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar fields
• 8 years of experience in product development within design/engineering
• Experience in leadership roles
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Fluency in Swedish and English

Practical Information This is a permanent position with a six-month probation period, located at our office in Örnsköldsvik, Magasinsallén 2E. Travel to our customers may occur. Start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.
