You are structured, analytical, and have a good ability to see the big picture. You thrive in a coordinating role where collaboration and clear communication are crucial. You should enjoy working individually as well as being responsible for group activities. You are solution-focused and have a genuine commitment to the individual's opportunity for self-sufficiency.
