I am a 16-year-old girl looking for a new personal assistant for daytime hours on weekends. I have a disability and need help with various aspects of life. You will work closely with me and be an important part of my daily life.

The work involves being present and available for all tasks. You are responsible for creating a calm, safe, and stable environment and ensuring that the day proceeds in a good and secure manner.

Who are you?

I am looking for someone who is sensitive, empathetic, and responsible. You have a genuine interest in working with people, are flexible, and adapt easily to different situations. Experience in care work or within healthcare and support services is advantageous, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personality and your ability to treat others with respect and care.

• You are meticulous and have good judgment.
• You can work independently but also collaborate well with others.
• You have good communication skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Experience working with young people is an advantage.

It is important that you see me as a whole person and can independently plan and structure my daily life. You should view the position as long-term, as it takes time for me to get used to new assistants. You must have fluent Swedish skills in both speaking and writing, as this is crucial for communication and documentation.

Having a nursing assistant education is a big plus, but most importantly, you must be confident, sensitive, and willing to be part of my daily life.

About the employment

Employment type: Hourly employment

Working hours: Daytime on weekends according to schedule or agreement.

Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement

Work times: Daytime on Saturdays and Sundays
