We are now looking for an employee for our assignment as a receptionist in Stockvik. Working with us is varied, challenging, and requires significant personal engagement.

You will be the customer's face and will receive visitors, handle mail, answer phones, take orders, check and manage access control (with approved SSG training), as well as perform other tasks commonly found in reception.

Your background should be in reception, and it is advantageous if you have previously worked in a telephone exchange, as this constitutes a large part of the working day. We work flexibly, and tasks may vary. Therefore, it is important that you are unpretentious, open, and curious, and see it as a natural task to create a good atmosphere in the workplace.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Handling the switchboard and telephony
• Receiving and registering visitors and customers
• Handling inquiries and orders by phone, over the counter, and via email
• Managing conference rooms and bookings
• Refilling the coffee machine
• And more

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Good verbal and written proficiency in Swedish and English
• Good knowledge of switchboard telephony is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the Office package, with a focus on Excel and Word

Employment type and working hours:

Extra as needed. You will need to be available with short notice. Working hours vary, shifts are during daytime.
