Executive Assistant to FloraTrädgård

About the Position

FloraTrädgård is looking for a proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented Executive Assistant who wants to support the CEO and contribute to the company's daily operations.

This is a new position, offering you a unique opportunity to help shape the role and develop alongside the company.

About the Role

The role combines administrative coordination with operational and practical support in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. You will work closely with the CEO on a wide range of tasks, including planning, customer communication, administration, basic financial tasks, and ongoing operational support. Practical assistance within the operational part of the business may also be required as needed.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a varied work environment, takes initiative, and handles changing priorities with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is service-oriented, structured, and reliable
• Enjoys combining administrative and practical tasks
• Works independently and takes responsibility for your tasks
• Has strong organizational and communication skills
• Is proficient with computers and has experience with Microsoft Office
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish

Experience with Fortnox, administration, coordination, or customer-oriented service roles is a plus.
