At Concentrix, we offer:

- Attractive salary conditions: Base salary of 19,200 euros, plus a bonus of 1,800 euros gross per year, depending on performance.

- Full Spanish employment contract from day one, with access to the Spanish healthcare system.

- Permanent contract with a rotating schedule: Mon-Fri 08:00–18:00, Sat 09:00–17:00, with two weekends off per month.

- Paid training.

- Paid vacation (4 weeks + 4 days per calendar year), with vacation days starting from your first year of employment*.

What you will experience at Concentrix

As part of the Specsavers team, you will:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to existing eCommerce customers, as well as online chats.

- Assist them with questions regarding orders, products, deliveries, offers, and much more, focusing on good service and a positive attitude.

- Manage calls not answered by stores and log customer inquiries via the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

- Once experienced, have the opportunity to handle inquiries via social media and email.

- Focus on delivering excellent customer experiences in every customer interaction – including a focus on continuously improving customer satisfaction.

- Work together with your group to achieve Specsavers' set goals.

Who we are looking for

We want to meet people from all backgrounds who enjoy learning new things and are curious. Your natural talent for helping others and going the extra mile for our customers fits perfectly with what we do at Concentrix.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has native-level Swedish, is fluent in English, and can undergo training in English without issues.

- Is proactive in their work approach and curious to learn about Specsavers' services, product range, and processes.

- Has good experience working with computers.

- Has strong service skills, is patient, and can handle dissatisfied customers in a professional and positive manner.

- Is open to a constantly varied work environment.

- Is focused on proactivity, works independently, and reasons solution-oriented within a team.

It would be a plus if you also:

- Have experience working with CRM systems and can handle multiple systems simultaneously.

- Have experience working in B2C.
